Get your facts straight kf82.
Glenn's last set of options did not vest in September after three years because the Company did not achieve what was required by that date. I imagine this was partly because of the occurrence of Covid19 and the fact that negotiations with China fell through as a result, i.e they had other things on their mind, did not follow through, and Glenn missed out.
With re to salary, I hardly think $250,000 is anything to shout about.Thats about what a decent plumber or electrician takes home. Plus a bonus of $62k is fairly minimal.
The fact is if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
And in that 3 years we've been licensed by the TGA, FDA, CE, and NDIS. We've got agreements to work with Duke University in the US and Oxford in the UK. We've won best new education product in the US and have been incorporated into Google Education apps in the US. We are now also developing partnerships with local education groups in India, etc.
Meanwhile we've added the DTECT and Maintain modules to the offering and are fine tuning our products in Australia. Plus we're developing older child learning products, and are in the early development phase of educational products with adults for the likes of alzheimier's and other brain disorders.
Also, if it wasn't for the fact that Victorian schools have been closed down as a result of the virus we'd probably have a contract to test each new primary student in the State using Dtect. Can't really test students for attention deficit if there aren't any because of the virus.
And, finally, the options to be voted on are subject to acceptance criteria to be achieved in the US, Japan, China, etc. and run for three years.
Hopefully these options, if they are voted in, will vest long before the three years are up.
To summarise kf82:
The above is by way of being a reality check reflecting the times we live in and the delays caused by external events we have no control over,
i.e. 'the best laid plans of mice and men gang aft agley'.
