My recollection is that ASIC prosecuted him and he received a 3 year suspension as a Company Director. His ‘career’ is worth reading up on. In recent times Geoff Wilson has been trying to take over Keybridge. Lost track of where the Keybridge takeover is up to. I think it is ongoing. The controll issue could result in the excess shares (over 20%) being sold by ASIC into the market as it has done on similar occasions. If that occurred, there could be a question of which shareholders and directors are in control of CSE.
