I am voting as per Red bar and Elusive.

I will be voting against all the substantiveresolutions, including:
1. The re-election ofChris Ntoumenopolos as a Director (Res 3),
2. The re-election of DrMichael Stein as a Director (Res 4) and
3. The Approval of issueof Director Incentive Options (Res 6).

Further I believe any buy optionsshould be set at a high price because if management believe Resapp has ahealthy future then they have to put in to make it happen.

Collecting giveaway freebies I believeis no substitute for hard effort with a vision.
