It does look like Europe telehealth providers were waiting for the Android version to be integrated which is expected given they have 70% of mobile phone market (much more than Australia at 55-60%), I admit this did take a lot longer than expected and even some did question if this could be done but more importantly the Medgate evaluation does show that European market does accept CE Mark which they should.
