Yeah I hear you mate! I also will be voting NO for some of the resolutions especially this one: Resolution 6 – Approval of issue of Director Incentive Options... this is not something that is deserved this year at all. Yes some milestones were hit but many of them we're not and the share price clearly reflects this achievement. If you want shares this year directors cough up and buy them like the rest of us... this will prove to us that you have an incentive to perform as your hard-earned will also then be on the line. Put your money where your mouth is!

PS Resolution 3 – Re-election of Dr Michael Stein as a Director - what has this guy done for us so far Nada as far as I can see... ok he's still kind of fresh on the board but guess what he has not bought any shares and this was one of the reasons why we were so pissed off with NB this guy replaced him and so far all I see is him following in Nathan's footsteps..... prove me wrong management! NO for me on this one as well...

PPS I bought more shares in the company yesterday under my company account. 9 cents is disgracefully cheap, the technology in its own right is valued more than this IMO.. imagine if they listed this on the Nasdaq! Huge supporter of this technology and it's going to be the way of the future as far as I'm concerned..
Looking forward to some future developments in this tech and expansion into the consumer space, this is where the really big bikkies are..
