Agreed! Its played out this way too many times before. Months of silence then a couple of carrots (that possibly may become material) dangled prior to AGM. Still believe in the company and like the huge businesses we are currently working with, however its not enough to warrant freebies for management. Until we start making real money then there is no reason they should be getting any bonuses. Non-material agreements mean nothing unless they mature into material ones. Lets see that happen first!
