i voted a no as i believe this board needs a wake up call and a first strike against them

to much of over hype over the years and thus no rewards,just talk,also what has happened about the FDA , this board have gone very quiet on that subject,has that been put in the box like our first attempt in the USA,
now is this board able to take us any further,than a 9 cent share price,as it looks like the market has lost intrest in RAP or just got sick of there poor preformance over the years

take a look at the dismal share price, and then place your votes in the against boxes


as share holder we expect more but no freebies and as REDBAR states,

let them start buying share themselves as a share holder i paid for mine
