Just out of interest why are you voting against the re-election of Dr Michael Stein? My view is that he's only been on the board for six months and highly likely had some influence on the Medgate deal and possibly RB. Also highly likely he'd be involved in high level discussions with major potential partners as we speak. Removing him now would stifle any momentum and unless there is someone far more experienced, connected, suitable and willing to come on board then I think it's detrimental to us to vote him off.

I understand the frustration with the SP but fundamentally I think we need to give this guy some time and we need his extensive industry connections in the UK. I'm voting the same way you are except a yes for his re-election. I believe it gives us the best chance of securing much needed deals in UK/EU.
