For those who are concerned that management are doing the consolidation for reasons other than in the best interests of the shareholders - I'd sell now. If you think they are unscrupulous or inept - sell. To me it makes enough sense. They have been hitting their targets in terms of mergers, development of tests, collaborations etc (all of which they have outlined in relevant market updates). they have also said that they will have Ovarian test ready to go at the start of CY 22. I am sure there will be other positives announcements between now and then but it is a patience game IMO. my only concern is that a company like Illumina which recently acquired Grail in the US might beat us to the punch. All in my humble opinion.
