I will be viting NO to Resolution 7 at the AGM. Issue of options would be more appropriate than the overly generous gift of 15 million shares each to the 3 Directors. All they need is the share price consistently over 5c for 10 million and over 7c for a further 5 million. Its a lot of money and other shareholders diluted.
If it was at say 15c and 20c I would be more comfortable.
