The more I look at this, the more I am in awe of the nerve. This is CEO-level salary across four non-executive directors in a very early stage exploration company. I don’t want to dis TAR, as I am a large holder, but we have an unpaid option over some prospective land in South Australia. Not a large producer with complex international regulatory and operational challenges that might justify high paid director expertise.
Options are one thing, but these salaries actually put the solvency of the company in jeopardy. Irresponsible in my opinion.
