Looking like they have the votes they need for the way-below-market management oppies.
Personally, I doubt whether it will make much of a difference to the outcome unless we are prepared to gift management at least 50% ownership of the company in coming years to get them extremely motivated, and maybe think twice about expenditures given will then be coming from their pocket.
