Any serious investors left in this that want to comment on this, esp after the last 3 years activities, like that ultra wide-spaced gravity survey with a big price tag on it? Converting an asset with around a $5m spend to some $1.6m chump change to drip into the company just in time for admin expenses over the next few years?
What are these? Perfomance options? For what they did? Or for what the might do if they get them and are motivated enough.
Looks really bad and unprofessional to me on such a low capped company, esp given what all the shareholders have been through and the repeated dilutions to block votes against the board.
