Should be an interesting AGM tomorrow, given the Indicative Offer of Finance. Knowing the NPV forecast for Lindi a CR at anything like current share price is a real opportunity for current shareholders!
I'd like to think the company incorporates either an SPP or Rts Issue along with a placement, as a means to close finance for Lindi. And if any shareholder-associated finance is sought, that it is offered to shareholders as of 27 November 2020.
