Snouts in the trough.
Performance Rights for Non Executive Directors already- You have to be kidding me !!!!!!!
Willisee - 13.5m
Dale - 9m
Five years duration. 8c target (SP has already hit 8.4c),
This BOD has unbelievable expectations as to what shareholders will donate to their coffers.
We have recently witnessed a CR which was eventually priced at 4.2c raising 4.m plus.
This was almost immediately followed by a plummeting SP to 3c. (30%)
A cone of silence has followed. Great PR.....
The BOD has taken the money and suddenly become mute.
Recently we have had two webinars which mysteriously were not recorded nor published on the website to enable shareholder access. Why?
Prior to the CR there was a constant stream of announcements. Subsequantly zip!
Willisee and Dale are based in WA.
NZS operates from Christchurch New Zealand,
Why does NZS have to have two Directors situated so remotely?
We can see that both are well remunerated for executive services in addition to receiving Directors Fees.
Why is Dale even on the BOD?
So far, NZS has made a great deal of noise,
Runs on the board have yet to see the light of day.
IMO, Performance rights are a reward to those ln management roles who actually can contribute a positive benefit to the bottom line.
I will be voting NO.
