Privatisation of Sherwood is an interesting proposition and certainly a feasible one, Hammer. And, what's the bet that SB would benefit the most of such a transaction?

Can't see how Rob K can possibly get on the board... and as much as the board needs an independent director on it, the status quo wouldn't change one iota. SB has the minions by the proverbial "short and curlies". Probably best to have either a philosophical or fatalistic view in regards to investing in LNY. What will be, will be... and probably best to work with SB and not against him.
