20% this year 20% next + last years or the year before it all adds up.
Craig's job is to drive the company and is currently paid $911,000 to do this (very high for a company that made $4M in revenues this year). If the company goes from being a $40M company to a $400M company Craig will get a bonus of $34M from this tranche alone not including the 36M performance rights he currently holds and any other rights he gets next year and the year after (I think it is similar for Niall for this tranche).
But who cares this is going to the moon! and anything that can be construed as negative should not be posted on HC as it is not welcome.
