I can't vote for all the resolutions as well - too much dilution (as CC also has his other options not yet exercised). Shares and options in total are a 23% increase. This is substantial dilution - means the company is controlled by the current directors plus a major shareholder.
If the co is taken over or SP increases to $0.25/ 0.50/ 1.00 - major shareholders takeaway is extremely lucrative from where the company has come from and we also have similar value increases. Seems to me we're setting up for a sale within 3-years.
