I'm with you @Doug Diamond , but I imagine the BOD is as well. Nice option conversion, I suspect they are expecting to make at least 3 to 4 times the cost of conversion, and in half the time !
It's a hell of a lot of shares and quite some dilution. This tests the ... "does it pass the pub test rule". You always need to factor in the opportunity costs for guys like Craig. In 5 years, Craig could make a motza whatever he puts his mind and time too. Thankfully it's CardieX, so we all expect a great result. He should be rewarded for that.
