I have looked through PVW's Web page. Considering that I had completely given this Company away ( other than keeping my correspondence for future wall papering ) I am somewhat buoyed by what appears to be a Company with some assets and a board of Directors who seem to be qualified to achieve what we hope they will achieve. So dilution and filling their pockets with shares and options is really not of concern to me at this stage.
