According to EMH and Keith we are getting remuneration for our management services. Haven't seen anything yet.
That is definitely not true and I don't know where you heard that. The money from CEZ went into Geomet and is used for project expenses, then EMH pays salaries for people in EMH and in Geomet. Geomet's role should probably be technial and on-site and these options are meant to be used for stock pumping it seems.
The options are definitely a giveaway, I don't know if it makes sense and what the company can actually get for it - e.g. 1 million options for a promotional company. What will be the outcome? Perhaps a podcast mention and a Youtube video? Honestly I have no idea...
