I'm just trying to explain to you how the corporate structures works between the different entities, and how cash from CEZ is injected into Geomet, not EMH. If you're unsure about the "management services", just look at their statement of cash flows. Its there, and its immaterial. I think you're missing the forest for the trees here though. No one is buying or selling EMH because of the immaterial cash they might or might not receive each quarter from Geomet, when the value of their proportion of the project is worth well over $500M. Focus more on the factors that give you confidence around whether this project will receive off-take and financing partnerships, which will provide credibility to the market, which will drive the share price much higher.
