well, why dont they just give all holders escrowed shares that they can pay for at their discretion?
these 'big boys' arent really big boys if they cant put skin in the game with risk.
its like a share issue thats not really a share issue until its paid for from arms distance loans to put money into the company thats not really money into the company until the share issue is paid for at the borrowers discretion.
