Interesting to note the resolution to replace the current constitution. 1 point of interest for me is the inclusion of the "Partial takeover bid provision" and that statement that the directors are not aware of any intent by any person or body wanting to increase their share materially" PIL will be such a takeover target in my opinion. Will this new provision ensure we get maximum value for the full portion of our shares should this situation eventuate.....perhaps not and it is stated as a negative aspect of approving this resolution.
