I also appreciate CASSON group coordinating the additional funds as without them we will not trade but resolution 9 looks to change the value from 2.5c to 1c per share. Effectively changing the issues shares from 60M to 150M. Another large percentage of dilution.
I haven't done the sums but at a guess when all is said and done I think we are looking at needing to top up individual holdings by approx 30% to avoid the dilution.
As I have posted on another thread I will be looking at the open to top up any loose hands to offset the additional issues shares.
