    We all need to vote No and BURY this dog! My 16k investment with be worth $7.25 and they are dishing out performance shares to the old and new directors post consolidation??? like seriously??? I would MUCH rather see this liquidated than any of those people take any more pie... and Meir getting another $300k a year?
