no idea why ASX wants it. Pretty sure ISX isn’t turning it over because they think it’s advantageous in court and also they likely believe ASX won’t unsuspend them anyway. I mean seriously why would ISX trust ASX to relist them.....how did that go after the ASX directions were completed.
