Regarding Kate & Cameron being paid in shares, I'm curious about the VWAP (don't know if this is of any importance so please educate me):
For example, in the next 12 months, Cameron receives ~3.1M shares but gets more than 50% of the ~3.1M within the next 4 months making the VWAP way below market price.
And then the next 8 months, his VWAP is way above market price.
Either way, in each month, he gets paid ~$2600.

My question is, why are the shares distributed so unevenly? Why not just give him ~259K shares per month (~3.1M ÷ 12 months)?
