Because this is going backwards as in April 2020 through to March 2021 and is super fair for us SH.
So in June & July 2020 if approved he would receive ~500k shares as the SP was 0.5c then but in October he only would receive ~115k.
Doing your method of 259k shares p/m as a flat rate works too but when the SP is lower we would be at an advantage however as the SP rises that flat rate becomes more and more expensive which would be in his favour.
Whilst we are discussing pays, I also saw elsewhere people were commenting about wage discrimination that Kate being a female is being paid less.
Whilst everyone has a different skillset if you are comparing a CEO to a NED then they are not the same role but also just because you have the same title doesn't always mean you get paid the same, I have the same title as many people at my place of employment and I know that there is different salary bases and take home earnings we all receive, however there is also a difference in skills/knowledge etc hence why you cannot just look at title.
However with Mogul both Cameron and Kate who are both NEDs are being paid the exact same, yes Cameron WAS being paid more prior to May 2020 but this was reduced to 72k which is the same as Kate received in Aug 2020.
The reason why she is being paid less shares from the AGM voting is because she only worked August 2020 till now however if you compare the amount of shares per month she actually is receving more per month because she wants 100% equity (meaning she is going to still need to pay tax out of her pocket) where as Cameron is 66% equity and 33% in cash which the cash is likely help to offset the income tax.
