This is not good from 2 perspectives:
1. It took the company 5 days to reply to a disgruntled customer who no doubt has friends using the platform and they would be discussing the grievance
2. They have a disgruntled customer and they told them to wait and be patient....
I think MogulJayHairston, whilst having the best intent, may need to do some development related to customer service, If I read this, there is no way I would join.
On the plus side if they can market all of the big announcements and improvements well they may go someway to reversing customer sentiment, I hope they do!
