I don't agree CEO directly answering questions is a good thing, IMO people need to swim in their lane and CEO should be guiding the ship and selling!! How does old mate JayMogul feel when his or her role is being performed by old mate CEO. I'm pretty positive they aren't on the same wicket and Id rather our CEO drumming up business or interviewing for the new roles or getting the upcoming improvements brought to market faster.

The fact they have this feedback from one user means there may be many more whom feel this way but have not voiced - Even if this is not the case the post is a great opportunity for the marketing team to get on the front foot and create awareness. The VIP user should not have needed to initiate the conversation here.
