The scenario I fear is this:
1. Using the rights issue provision the company sells 10% to controlling shareholders
2. A conditional off market transaction occurs for another 5-10% of the shares
This would give a controlling stake of 51% to the management and controlling shareholders to take DSE off the ASX.
Once off market the business could crush minority shareholders (further rights issues, management shares etc.) Before re-emerging again on a bigger stock market in the US.
This next vote could seal the fate of the minority shareholders.
What am I missing?
