The point is: this is an example of third world countries leap frogging with MABR. Notice where they are situated, smack in the middle of town, re-enforcing there is no nasty odor or ungainly sight to contend with.
I know. I am grabbing at straws here. But to me these are significant developments because Cambodia is walking the way of China. They are looking for technology to advance their lives. This is just the beginning. I am confident there will be contracts from Cambodia.
