    I'm not against the issue of options to directors for the company's performance, particularly as they vest over 4 years, but I'm dead set against the strike price of 23c, which was the the market price at the time of the notice.

    I'd even give them 23c for the first vesting of 25% in a years time, but increase the exercise price by, say 12% for each following year.

    Show some faith in your ability to turn this company around, directors.
