That's the whole point of repricing options, that's why management who truly cares about their company and existing shareholders never use it. Frankly if I'm a director of any company I wouldn't even consider issue any stock options with price below IPO, its just shameful.

Note how they also want the ability to issue 10% more equity, they can already issue 15% equity, no that's enough, they want the ability to issue 25%. How they can even consider the idea of equity raising in the current environment with EV substantially below MC is almost laughable. FLC has 625 MILLION shares outstanding, up 44% from 2017 and they still want the option to issue 25% more. This a massive red flag. I cannot imagine anyone in their sane mind would vote yes to these resolutions.

By the way, I tried to vote using the link they provided (https://www.votingonline.com.au/fluenceagm2021) but what where do we get the Voter Access Number??
