Note how they also want the ability to issue 10% more equity, they can already issue 15% equity, no that's enough, they want the ability to issue 25%. How they can even consider the idea of equity raising in the current environment with EV substantially below MC is almost laughable. FLC has 625 MILLION shares outstanding, up 44% from 2017 and they still want the option to issue 25% more. This a massive red flag. I cannot imagine anyone in their sane mind would vote yes to these resolutions.

By the way, I tried to vote using the link they provided (https://www.votingonline.com.au/fluenceagm2021) but what where do we get the Voter Access Number??

hi ReXXar, you need to go into Boardroom.com and look at your individual holding for FLC. If you look in your account, the notification of the AGM will have the Proxy Form with your VAC on it.

I just went in and got my VAC and intend to vote against the pay resolutions, and further issue resolution
