Someone cost us much value in the last raise selling 30% of the company for $40M, they could have got more, then they cost us personally and I imagine many of you tens of thousands in chasing our value due to dilution i.e. buying more shares to maintain our holding so their mates didn't take it all at a steal. I shouldn't be using mates, as I have no evidence of that at all, but you get my drift.

What is the view of other shareholders in giving them financial reward as such?

I am happy to hear Gavin as nothing to do with this, I am just after views to help vote?

Resoultion 2: I am not sure, the board should have provided more to help us, as what benefit does he offer? Given he is a representative of the largish shareholder that is currently selling out?
