ill be voting no on resolution 6. unless the existing performance rights are removed or the date for tage 1 is brought forward 12 months to june 2022. and stage 3 by end of 2023.
really should be starting stage 1 before the AGM is even held, if the presentations from earlier this year were correct.
resolution 5 for Anna Slobodas incentive options will be a yes from me. 50c seems to be a fair vesting price. she would want the SP a lot higher to take advantage of the options.
