Totally agree. They all seem to be the same. Award themselves millions of performance rights with easy hurdles even when they are on good salaries. I had one company that said that the directors would take their bats and balls and go home if the performance rights weren't voted thru as they were. They never seem to get voted down and get thru by healthy margins. Must have major shareholders and instos in their pockets. Just plain greedy even if they are doing a good job.
