On SL, London-to-a-brick if he had control or even significant influence he might throw a few scraps to MYR shareholders, but the vast majority of any value he would generate would transfer to himself or Premier shareholder (or probably both).
Beware the wolf in sheep's clothing - if he wants control, pay for it, but lets not pretend his 15% interest in MYR is where his real interest lies.
