The 'new' Chairman Joanne Stephenson has been a director since 2016 and Dave Whittle 2015. Whilst those 2 have been directors the company has more than halved in value and lost sales. Jacqui Naylor since 2019 and I can't see what any of them have achieved except to hold on to their seats and barely keep the lights on. It's not a new board at all. Vote against the renumeration package, I mean bonuses for what exactly, the same Covid bump every other store got? Vote for the spill. Time for some real action.
