Quick question for anyone; does "Resolution 4: Approval of 10% Placement Facility" hint at an institutional placement?

Unless the team have an acquisition in mind or anticipate much higher costs to running our trials that the current run rates the coming year, I can't understand why they would ask for us to approve this now unless someone would 'like' to take a position.

Thoughts??

GLTAH and as for my personal opinion only, which hasn't changed in many years, hold onto PTX and wait for the long game to end on this one and don't become frustrated with the daily variations.
