FHC I tell you what will be a gauge on how we can do deals and it will be with Ellume. If this deal is sub par for the business meaning there is not a material benefit to the business it will tell us how they will perform in chasing new material deals in both the battery and POC space. Therefore it wont be long before all is revealed on how business savvy our leadership team are? I always bet on the Alpha male in the negotiating room. Just way better odds IMHO.
