Not sure where you gleaned those numbers from, but I could see no obvious sense in going past the top 500 as beyond that will make little difference to the votes.
If that is the case, then you are suggesting it costs approx $150 - $200 per 1 minute call.
A bit far fetched to me sorry.
Also, I would be thinking you are the catalyst for the calls so the board, and Jack specifically, understand the potential outcome of the vote so he can graciously step down before the AGM rather than having a dumping on his resume.
A man of his calibre and reputation doesn’t deserve being dumped, especially as a result of an unwarranted witch hunt against him IMO.
Hopefully he is voted back in with a confident majority to finish the work this board put in motion only a year and a half ago to transform this company from essentially an R&D company to a world wide manufacturer and supplier of a world class medical device and tests and a battery component supplier.
