Good question for the AGM - "how much did the company spend to do the ring around to assess the Chairman's chances.".. really and you're OK with that coz of one shareholders view on HC - wow " ?
And your'e assuming that me personally has influence over the board to pay Link $100,000 to ring around shareholders who own a few hundred thousand shares - more than 500 I would suggest...what the hell ??????...
The Chair and the board have not commercialised this business - and my argument would be distinguished very quickly if they had... so proof is in the pudding,,,,,
They are accountable - simple -do the board have any commercial success ???? - some have been on the board for 10 years and still we are 20 cents - im confused as in my world that would be not successful and would be classed as taking advantage of shareholders funds.
Put up or shut up - ,,,, but every day this goes on you wonder - are they capable or professional board members... ??
