B, may I suggest you speak to a few brokers. Fees charged reflect risk. The pricing of this raising was way blow market 26c v over 40c and would have been more if battery announcement had been allowed to be absorbed. The risk was low, in fact shareholders were cut back dramatically. The cash fee of 6% was at the top end, many would have done it for 5% or less in the ADO instance. That covers the cash of $720k. The total fee per financial statements was more than $2.1m. That is approximately a total fee of 17% of capital raised. Ridiculous.

This did not approximate the normal range of doing business.

Further, shareholders were not sounded out for interest and given little to no chance to partake. The SPP with a subscription of over $37m proves that point.

That is not the way shareholders should be treated.
