Yes one would expect the SP to settle. However, PAC clients took profit and ran forcing price to a far lower level than would have occurred otherwise. If placement had gone to shareholders a far greater amount would have stuck and not forced price down to 26c or less. You can again blame PAC and whoever engaged them for that.
Voting against 6 is a good way to send a message to directors. It does not stop allotment. It prevents a renewal of the 15% placement cap allowed.
