B you are right it does seek ratification. If ratification is not granted then options come out of the 12 month allowance and the Company has to wait until May next year for that to be refreshed. If ratified then 15% allowance is refreshed now. If you did not like the PAC affair now or earlier you have a just reason to vote against the resolution.
