The only Director up for re - election is the Chairman - Jack Hamilton....
Voting down his re- election to the board will send a very clear message shareholders are not happy with the speed to market and capital raise which shareholders were scaled back, and POAC Partners were awarded 9 million free options....
Needless to say he wont be getting my support.
