i have no problems with any of the resolutions. Aaron and Rob deserve their performance shares and this will increase the SP as they only get their performance shares as they make more money for the company. I have voted for all of the resolutions already and would recommend all shareholders including you do the same. The fortunes of the BOD and all shareholders are aligned
